We want your first visit to be as easy and hassle-free as possible! We've made our office policies available here for you to review ahead of time.
Insurance Payments
Our office will submit dental claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Our office provides a service to the patient by accepting payment from the insurance companies, but you will be responsible to pay any amount left owing prior to leaving the office after your appointment.
Each insurance plan has different fee guides, yearly maximums, rules and limits.
We urge each patient to understand and be aware of their own personal plan as ultimately, for any reason if the claim is denied, the patient will be fully responsible for the total amount of the claim.
Some tips for knowing your insurance:
- How many units of scaling am I allowed per year?
- How often will my insurance pay for a Recall Exam?
- What is my yearly maximum?
- When does my year roll over?
- Do I have coverage for major dental procedures?
When we recommend treatment, your dental insurance coverage does not influence our recommendation or professional opinion.
Payment Options
Before a patient receives dental treatment, financial arrangements must be made. Payment for all services and treatment is expected upon completion of the services that day.
Our office will work with each patient to choose a treatment plan based on their dental needs, not what a patient’s insurance plan does or does not cover.
If you have questions regarding the cost of treatment, we recommend you contact one of our administrative team members during regular business hours.
Short Notice Cancellations & No Show Policy
Our commitment to you is that we will make every effort to book an appointment that best suits your schedule. We will also call you two days prior to your appointment to remind you of the date and time you are scheduled to see one of our doctors.
We ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours, or 1 full business day, in advance so that we will have a chance to make the necessary changes.
If you fail to cancel your appointment or do not show for your appointment we do reserve the right to charge you a fee for time we have lost.
